1. About This Service

Scholarship Journey Certification is a free online certification platform operated by Scholarship Journey (scholarshipjourney.pk). By creating an account or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. The Certification Exam

Our certification exam is monitored (proctored). Your webcam and your screen are recorded during the exam. This is required to keep the certificate honest and valuable.

You must follow all exam rules shown before the exam starts. Breaking the rules (for example: leaving the exam window, using a second screen, using another person's help, or cheating in any way) will end your exam immediately.

3. Identity Verification

Before the exam, you must show your National ID card or Passport to the camera, and take a live photo of your face. This is done to make sure the certificate belongs to the real person who passed the exam.

You may hide your date of birth and card expiry dates on camera if you want. Only your name and photo must be visible.

4. One Attempt Per Month

You can try the exam only one time in every 30 days. If your exam is cancelled or you fail, you must wait 30 days before trying again. This rule keeps the certification fair for everyone.

5. Certificate

If you pass the exam and our team approves it after review, you receive a certificate. The certificate shows your name, the credential ID, and the issue date.

Your certificate can be checked by anyone using the public verification link. This link stays active forever.

The downloadable certificate file is removed from our servers 30 days after your last download. Please save the file on your own device. If you lose it after that time, you can request a new copy by emailing us.

6. Certification Standards

The exam is designed to be difficult on purpose. Not everyone will pass. The pass marks are set by us and may change over time to keep the quality of the certification high.

Our review team has the final decision on all exam results. If we find any cheating or rule breaking during review, the exam is cancelled and no certificate is issued. The cancelled attempt still counts toward your 30-day waiting period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account with another person
• Create multiple accounts to get more exam attempts
• Try to record, copy, or share exam questions
• Use software or tools to cheat during the exam
• Attack or try to break the website in any way

8. Account Termination

We can suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. If your account is deleted, your certificates are also deleted and the verification links stop working.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If you continue using the website after changes, it means you accept the new terms.
