What Data We Collect

1. Account Information

When you register, we collect your name and email address. Your password is stored in encrypted form. Even we cannot read it.

2. Identity Documents

During exam setup, you provide a photo of your National ID card or Passport and a live photo of your face. We need these to confirm that the certificate goes to the right person.

These are deleted after your exam is reviewed by our team. We do not keep them forever.

3. Exam Recordings

During the exam, we record your webcam and your screen. This is required to stop cheating and to review your exam fairly.

All recordings are automatically deleted 30 days after your exam is reviewed.

4. Certificate File

Your downloadable certificate image is stored on our servers. It is automatically removed 30 days after your last download. Please save it to your own device.

5. What Stays Forever

Only this information stays in our records permanently:

• Your name
• Your credential ID
• Your certificate issue date

This is needed so employers and universities can verify your certificate is real.

6. Website Usage Data

We count page views and unique visitors to understand how many people use the website. Visitor IP addresses are stored in anonymous form (hashed). We cannot connect them back to any person. We do not use third party tracking tools.

Who Can See Your Data

Only the Scholarship Journey review team can see your exam recordings, ID documents, and photos. We do not sell, share, or send your data to any other company or person.

Your Rights

• Ask for deletion: you can email us at any time and ask us to delete your account and all your data.
• Ask for a copy: you can email us and ask what information we have stored about you.
• Withdraw: if you stop an exam before submitting, you can ask us to delete that data.

Data Security

All data is sent over a secure HTTPS connection. Passwords are encrypted. Databases are protected against unauthorized access. Recordings and documents are stored in protected folders that cannot be opened directly from the internet.

Emails We Send You

We send you only these emails: verification link when you register, password reset link if you request it, and important notices about your certification. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.

Children

This certification is for people who are 16 years or older. If you are under 16, please do not create an account.
